October 23, 2025, Chișinău – A group of students from the Law Students’ Association at the State University of Moldova (USM) participated in a study visit organized at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.

During the meeting, State Secretary Carolina Perebinos presented the participants with the main responsibilities of the Ministry, the role of Moldovan diplomacy in promoting national interests, and the importance of engaging the younger generation in the country’s European integration and modernization process.

Anatol Cebuc, Head of the International Law Department, delivered a presentation on the department’s activities, explaining the concept and applicability of international law in the diplomatic context. Afterwards, the students took part in a practical exercise simulating the process of signing an international treaty, giving them the opportunity to explore the concrete aspects of ministerial work.

The visit concluded with a question-and-answer session, during which students engaged directly with diplomats and gained valuable insights into pursuing a professional career in public service.
