22 of January 2019, Davos - Aspects of bilateral collaboration, as well as the active involvement of the Republic of Moldova in the global health policies initiated by the organization, especially in the context of the implementation of the "2030 Agenda" and the Sustainable Development Goals, were discussed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, Tudor Ulianovschi with the General Director of the World Health Organization, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
Tudor Ulianovschi and Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also discussed the measures taken by national authorities in the field of healthcare, manifesting increased interest in expanding projects implemented with the support of the World Health Organization.
Interlocutors also discussed the importance of promoting global health through diplomatic instruments, in the context of which Minister Tudor Ulianovschi reconfirmed Moldovan diplomacy's support and interest in contributing to the shaping of the global health agenda at multilateral forums both in Geneva and New York.
