22 April 2020, Chișinău – MFAEI welcomes the European Commission's decision to include Republic of Moldova in the list of countries that will benefit from a macro-financial assistance package from the EU, in order to mitigate the negative effects of the crisis caused by the Covid-19. Thus, the Republic of Moldova is eligible to obtain a credit of 100 million euros on favourable terms.

This support is an important proof of solidarity of the EU to the Republic of Moldova, in an unprecedented period of crisis.
