13 April 2020, Chisinau - Employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration and diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova showed solidarity to the joint efforts to support the country's health system in the fight against the pandemic and voluntarily donated the salary for a working day from March. The total amount of 145,900.76 lei was transferred to the special bank account opened by the Ministry of Finance for measures to combat COVID-19 in the Republic of Moldova.

At the same time, the Ministry and the diplomatic missions of the Republic of Moldova remain firmly engaged in the repatriation of Moldovan citizens abroad and in the provision of emergency consular assistance.
