March 17, 2025, Chișinău – From March 17 to 19, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi will participate in the 10th edition of the international conference “Raisina Dialogue,” held in New Delhi, India.
In New Delhi, Minister Mihai Popșoi will hold a meeting with India’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Subrahmanyam Jaishankar. The discussions will focus on strengthening the relations between the Republic of Moldova and India, as well as expanding cooperation in various areas of mutual interest. During the meeting with his Indian counterpart, the signing of a memorandum of cooperation in the field of agriculture is planned.
On March 20, Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi will undertake a working visit to Nepal. This will be the first visit by a Moldovan foreign minister to Nepal. In July 2025, the two countries will celebrate 32 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations.
In Kathmandu, Mihai Popșoi will meet with Prime Minister Sharma Oli, Foreign Minister Arzu Rana Deuba, and Minister of Industry, Commerce and Supplies Damodar Bhandari. Additionally, the Moldovan minister will deliver a lecture at Kathmandu University.
