5 February 2026, Chișinău – The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, will pay a working visit to the Republic of Moldova on Friday, 6 February 2026.
The visit aims to strengthen Moldova–Lithuania bilateral relations, deepen political dialogue, and reaffirm the Republic of Lithuania’s support for the Republic of Moldova’s European path, including in the context of regional and security developments.
During the visit, the Lithuanian official will meet with the President of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Alexandru Munteanu, as well as the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mihai Popșoi.
The joint press conference by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Mihai Popșoi, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania, Kęstutis Budrys, will take place on Friday, 6 February 2026, from 12:35 to 12:55, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova (80, 31 August 1989 Street).
