March 7, 2025, Chișinău – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova announces that, starting from March 6, 2025, the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Hellenic Republic regarding the Mutual Recognition and Conversion of Driver’s Licenses has entered into force. Thus, Moldovan citizens will be able to exchange their driver’s licenses in Greece without the obligation to take any additional exams, whether theoretical or practical.

To facilitate the license conversion process and provide further clarifications, the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Athens will organize meetings with members of the Moldovan diaspora in Greece.
