March 20, 2025, Chișinău – Secretary of State Sergiu Mihov received today copies of the letters of accreditation from the newly accredited Ambassador of Angola to the Republic of Moldova, resident in Moscow, Augusto da Silva Cunha.

During the meeting, the two officials discussed the current state of bilateral relations between the two countries and analyzed opportunities to strengthen them both bilaterally and multilaterally. In particular, they emphasized the existing potential for developing cooperation in areas such as trade, agriculture, medicine, and education.

Secretary of State Sergiu Mihov wished Ambassador Augusto da Silva Cunha success in fulfilling his mandate and expressed the full support of the Moldovan authorities for achieving his diplomatic objectives.
