26 August 2025, Chișinău – Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihai Popșoi is undertaking a visit to Bucharest today, 26 August.

The head of Moldova’s diplomacy will participate as a special guest at the Annual Meeting of Romanian Diplomacy – a traditional event that brings together the heads of Romania’s diplomatic missions and consular offices abroad, members of the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as high-ranking Romanian and European officials.

Minister Mihai Popșoi and Romania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Oana Țoiu, will make interventions during the working session on the theme “A Wider, Safer, and More Prosperous Europe.”

After the event, the two officials will hold a joint press conference, scheduled to begin at 16:00, which will be broadcast live on the Facebook pages of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Vice Prime Minister Mihai Popșoi, and on the platform privesc.eu.

The visit agenda also includes a meeting with the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan.
