In case of theft (loss) of the accreditation cards it is necessary:

In case of loss or theft of the accreditation card issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, in reasonable terms (3-7 days) the diplomatic mission will announce the State Diplomatic Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the incident;

In order to issue a new accreditation card, in addition to the standard set of documents for accreditation (accessible in the Accreditation Procedure section), a copy of the document issued by a public authority (police) confirming the loss or theft of the card will be presented.
