Economic and Commercial Relations

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the volume of the bilateral trade of the Republic of Moldova with Canada in 2022 amounted to 22,1 mln USD, registering an increase with 6,7 mln USD (+30,3 %), compared with the 2021 (over 15,4 mln USD). During this period of time exports of the Republic of Moldova to Canada amounted to more than 13,3 mln USD, and the imports from Canada to Moldova amounted to around 8,8 mln USD. These data do not reflect export and import operations of enterprises and economic agents from the left bank of the Nistru river and Bender municipality.
