April 28th, 2023, Chișinău – The accreditation of journalists for the European Political Community (EPC) Summit has been launched and will last until May 18, 2023

The Republic of Moldova is the host of the Summit of the European Political Community, which will take place on June 1, 2023. For the first time, 50 presidents, prime ministers and high-ranking European officials will visit the Republic of Moldova, to discuss the continent's key issues: security, stability and cooperation.

The editorial offices of the media institutions are invited to accredit the press teams. Access to the premises of the Castel Mimi wine complex, the day before and on the day of the event, will only be allowed on the basis of temporary accreditation cards.

Accreditation procedure

1. The deadline for accreditation is until May 18, at 11:59 p.m.

Applications that will exceed the deadline will not be processed.

2. Accreditation is only done online at the Registration and Accreditation section on the website: www.epcsummit2023.md

3. The file for accreditation for each journalist, cameraman or photojournalist will contain:

● Copy of a valid identity document

● Copy of valid press card issued by a media institution in the country

● A recent picture in digital format (*.jpg/*.jpeg, 3x4)

● The accreditation form signed by the director of the media institution.

4. Accreditation confirmation will be communicated within 10 days from the date of file submission. Information about receiving the badges will be shared later.

Journalists are encouraged to apply for accreditation in advance to ensure access to the event.

Accredited media representatives will receive information about transport to and from the venue of the European Political Community Summit a few days before the event.
